That's great...but how do you remember what file you are saving them in???? My sticky notes are fine while I'm D/Ling BUT then later when I want to stitch them out I forget where I put them...:(

I'm put my alpha on an external hard drive. I class my files into two categories: classical Alphabet and illustrated alpha. I add each alphabet in a folder with his name on it (alpha heart or alpha clover ... for example). So I found easily. Embird iconizer helps me too :o))

I have all my designs in folders by the site they came from. It got hard when I was looking for 'just the right alpha' to use on a project. I had to go through EVERY folder to even see if it contained an alpha. Now, even though it takes up more disk space, I also have a seperate folder for JUST alphas. There is also the original copy in the site folder as well. Does anybody have hints on ways to improve upon this system? I must admit, I have folders coming out of my ears! Sometimes I feel as if I am so organized, it becomes a mess again...
