Sorry I have not stitched any of their designs hoever I have seen some of their designs stitched out by some of our cuties (Elenu & Sherylac) and the seem to stitch just fine. Maybe is just no the day to embroider, I am having problems too. *

I was a member for a year and longer, and I really had no problems with the stitching of their designs.

My daughter was a member for a year and DLed and stitched out masses of their design, with great success. She also used the lettering to create names ans text. Maybe you were just unlucky. Did you contact them?
