You could use it as a pocket topper or along a hem edge.

The top of the flower was missing.

I see, but the top of the flower centre may not actually be missing it may just be a bad picture. Looks more like a drawing than a stitch out.

How about putting a bug on top

Aaah! Just my opinion, but it looks like it could have been done as an Applique design???
You could probably put beads or crystals to fill in the centre and pretty coloured material under the petals.
My first thought when I saw it, was a sunflower, but of course it isn't.

I would probably use hot pink petal stitching and pale pink material underneath, then glue pretty gold or yellow crystals for inside the centre, of course you could use any colour combination. White & Red, Blue and Yellow, Purple and Yellow, oh the mind runs away with me. LOL!

It could be lovely as a repeat design in the corner of placemats as in rotate one to left, one slightly to right.
You could make a lovely centre piece for placing under an arrangement of flowers, you know, a large round doily, with matching scalloped edge and one flower facing out on each scallop. imagine the sparkle from the crystals! The centre of the stems could be touching to form the circle to place the vase in.

Give you some Ideas?
There is always a time when you think, Darn! I could use that flower now, I wish I had've grabbed it.
Maybe next time. hope I've helped a little.

Right on, Meganne!!! These applique designs sometimes just don't look very good when you get them, and unless you've seen it sewn out, it could look strange. Glad you're feeling well enough to be gabby today! Love, Marji

You didn't miss much Yoriko, but I've added a picture for you to see. I'd hate for you to die of curiousity.

I could see this design on my summer dresses, maybe a little multi-color depending on how I'm feeling. It would make a very good conversational piece. HTH ;D *2U

I don't know about you guys, but it looks an awful lot like a Mohammed site to me.
If it isn't, I apologies, but check it out first before downloading.

If it is a good download then you could mirror image it, & hook the 2 together minus the leaves & stem to get a better design. Or you could use it with more flowers behind it. *4U

the picture leads me to think it is an applique design with the top being a hand blind stitch. At least that is what I would do with such a design.

I download a lot from that site and their designs are really good because I have used most of them, there must be a reason why this is half a flower, maybe you have to put something, like a bug or butterfly on th emissing part!! Hope you find a way of using it.
