How do you download from this site? I can't understand the language.... :-(

Click on the link below the picture of the letter. When a new window pops up, look for Telecharger in small print on the right. Click on Telecharger and you should them be able to save the design. Hope this helps.

Thanks for that. I'm still learning, even after being on computers for so many years & an embroiderer for even longer than computerised embroidery. It's never ending.
