You can try Shopper's Rule - they have a set called skin tones. They have in both the dark and the lite tones. I have purchased these, but it was some time ago.

Welcome to cute & here's an answer u didn't get. I simply eyeball the colors & pick out the one that's closest to the skin color I am looking for. Haven't had any complaints yet & I've done white, red, brown, & black, oh & I almost forgot tan.
