I just paid for my subscription but cannot download the dollface designs which is free to members. How do I download the design? It says I don't have a subscription but I just paid for it.

Hi, Jean, what do you mean "just" paid, within the last half hour or so? Might want to give the site time to catch up, seems to be running at capacity tonight. If you can't download within, I'd say an hour or so, then I'd contact Veronika, the site owner. There's a 'contact us' button (lettering, actually) at the bottom of the home page, I think toward the right-hand side. They'll help fairly quickly. I love the dollface designs, aren't they neat? By the way, just to be clear, ALL the designs, redwork, alphabets, applique and cross-stitch are free to you as a paid member, now, and all the new designs for 6 months to come!!! Congratulations on joining us, I'm sure you'll never be sorry. And please continue to join us in the Cute Community, Welcome Aboard!!! Hugs, Marji

Hope you're eithe downloading or contacting Veronika. Might be a simple thing, like did you sign up with the same name you use to sign in with, and the same password? Make sure you tell her everything in the e-mail. You should have a copy of your 'receipt' from 2CO, they send an e-mail, or PayPal if you used that, they send one also. She'll fix it for you, these are great people at this site. M

Hi there "tyco4357" - hope by now you are all sorted out. It is 4.10pm here on the east coast of Australia Sunday. I have been reading some of the other emails and I believe there must have been a huge amount on Cute last night. Hang in there - it won't be long before you can download all the designs. I am a member too and I just love all the designs. The dollface is gorgeous.

There was another new Cutie that has a similar problem recently. I think she was able to do it within a day but I'm not sure.
