my daughter set up my new computer late last night as a surprise for me and now I cannot unzip my designs I downloaded. Does anyone know of a trustworthy and free site to download the winzip so I can unzipped my designs...TIA for any advice..I know there is a place because I got it on my last computer but that has been a long time ago..

GO TO http://www.embroideryfriend.com/ AND LOOK UNDER THE FREE DESIGN AND YOU WILL SEE A PLACE THAT SAY YOU CAN DOWN LOAD THIS FREE SOFT WARE THAT IS WHERE I GOT MINE AND NEVER EVER HAD A PROBLEM FROM IT AND EASY TO USE

If LuckyCharm's advice doesn't work, search "Winzip" it's a free program, you should be able to download it from a Microsoft site. Isn't help wonderful? Hugs, Marji

winzip is only free for a trail period it will later ask you to pay if you bought once you can e-mail them give them your account no. or they can use your e-mail address you bought it with and you can reload it.
