Happy Birthday Shasta! I'm so happy for you!!!

I had a MRI last month, and it confimed I have few brain aneurysms too. Still have to run more exams to precise the size of them and decide whelther I need or not a surgery. It seems platinum coils don't work for me, I might need to have them clipped. This runs in my family. I lost my father and he was only 55 years old, and my young sister is physically disabled for 5 years now.

A very HAPPY BIRTHDAY to you and I hope you have many many more! I kinda know how lucky you feel. I nearly lost my legs and /or life at 57. I had a horrible surgery on both legs,so much infection, I could not be put to sleep. Reaction to arthritis meds that they later pulled off the market. Stayed flat on my back in nursing home for 8 months for them to heal. I feel very blessed every morning when I open my eyes! The Lord gave my my life twice. Sometimes when things get really bad, i find myself grumbling and then I realize just how lucky I am to be here and I just make do with the pain. I am 62 now and I live alone and do fairly well by myself. For the most part I am a happy person. My 42 yr. old son had a major heart attack on the 9th of this month and threw everything out of sorts for all of us. By the grace of the Lord, he is doing fair and improving daily. You just never know what you will have to go through in this life to get to the next one. My son scared me half to death. He is my only child and I raised him by myself from age 11 until he was 37 when he decided to leave home. He just got married for the 1st time last Sept. to a wonderful woman that came to us with a ready made family. I have 2 grown grand-daughters and 3 small great grand-children. I guess neither of us have ever done anything the easy way. He sure got my attention on the 9th and his dad even came to bat for him. Miracles do happen. May God bless and keep you in his loving arms and on this good earth for many wonderful years to come! Linda

Oh, and when you feel like acting a little crazy at times you can always blame it on those platinum coils and no one will know the difference. Just having some fun with you! I do have a warped sence of humor! I think sometimes that is what keeps me going. I am afraid that my son took after me on that part also. On a good day there is never a dull moment.
