That little critter, a vole, is a royal pain! My hubby planted about 100 tulip bulbs one year for me in our field, and a vole ate them ALL! They use the mole tunnels (moles eat bugs, etc) but VOLES love bulbs! When none came up, he dug down & started looking and they were ALL gone! Had to be eaten from underground as the soil above them was not disturbed!! BUT thank you anyway as it is a cute file!
