If I understand correctly what you are asking--- You have to make your statement in Ask THe Community box. Then answer your question with a statement and you can upload and image.

On the left side of the screen, under 'popular topics', click on tutorial. I have written several that answer a lot of questions about how to do different things on the site, and have included pictures to help. Best of luck, Marji
