Does any one out there know the instructions for the raggy frayed applique. I would appreciate any information.

A general application is instead of triming your fabric really close to the stitching line as normal, leave about 1/4", or however large you want the frayed part, to the OUTSIDE of the line of stitches that hold the fabric down. Then after you are through, ravel the edge up to the stitches.
