Try this site www.ls-liane-stitch.de someone had entered this on fsl and there are great designs with lots of freebies and yes there are birds.

I was there yesterday and found that if I clicked on different designs more popped up. My husband keeps asking me what I'm going to do with all those designs. Who knows I might need them someday......
