Hi, Terry, and welcome to Cute!!! The "popular topics" to the left of the page will take you to the designs that are labeled by the designer as such. "Dog" and "dogs" will give you different results, because the tags are sensitive to that "s". Sometimes, if the design is, say, a dog, but an "Easter egg dog", like the applique one, it will be listed under "easter" rather than "dog".
