Everyone who know me know I love the beach so I had to do this wall hanging. It was a project in one of our Patchwork and Quilting magazines a couple of years ago. (When I did it too ) Buttons were used for the sun. Fish was an added hand touch.

This is cute - where do you have it - what sort of room?

shirlene my house is all "hotch potch" we dug out under the house ( house was on stumps ) and I have the entire area as my laundry-sewing room. Would have to measure 18 ft x about 18 ft so it just
hangs around on the beam that separates the Junk stored in the far corner of the laundry. Not very imaginative is it ? Oh to have a "brand new house" with lots of cupboards and SPACE for sewing. Oh well. Be thankful I have a roof over my head and all paid for too.

thank you Lillian. I'm lucky I only live an hours drive away from the best beach in Australia "Currumbin " in the estuary where it is so safe for the littlies and for me too. I don't like the surf, as I hurt my back years ago and am not game to risk it. Luckily my Grandchildren ( now only 1) loved it too.
