You need to rest when your body tells you...I'm resolved to taking an afternoon nap since I can't sleep at night! What ever works:)

You are absolutely right I usually go two or three nights with maybe 3 hours of sleep but on the fourth night. LIGHTS OUT. I sleep all the way throught the night. It is a good restful sleep (drug induced ofcourse just kidding)
