very cute great job may i ask is that a towel and do you use stabelizer on the top of it as well as the bottom

hello marymoore that is on a towel but this design i have made that in the begin with special paper but i use now other a special folie that lost up in cold water than the design is soft and i like it soft the folie i use that only on the top gr sonja
