I downloaded the easter egg with ears that a picture goes in for the face. I see the egg but not the ears. Anyone else get the same design without ears. I am using JEF. Mona

Hey Mona, I use formats for husquvarna hus,pes,etc. I downloaded in both of these and the ears were attached to the egg.
