I use the PES format and do not know how to convert from other formats. I have smartsizer on my computer but do not know what to do with it. Will it change formats? If so, is there a VERY simple way to explain how to do it? My son installed it but I have no ifo on it. I may have had at one time but if I did, it got lost in the move. I know I must sound stupid but I have never used it. I think I need to go back to school. My son is a genius on a computer but has no patience with me. If he says something once, you better get it or forget it! He has never taken the time to even look at smartsizer. He just installed it because I bugged him until he did. I then had to have surgery and ended up flat on my back in a nursing home for 8 months. When I got out I had a very hard time just getting around so I did not go back to the embroidery machines for a while. I had a brand new Ellageo that had just been taken out of the box and 1 design sewn on it when I had to leave home for so long. When I did start back sewing, I went back using the Esante and the Singer because I was used to them. I love the fact that I can throw a floppy disc straight into the Ellageo and sew from it! I copy it from the computer and put into the sewing machine! It sure saves alot of money when you don't have to buy those memory cards. Of course I spent a fortune on them before I got the last machine. I was working at the time. It is very hard living off a disability check! It gets to be slim pickins sometimes! Linda in Ga
