How do I open the patterns once I have dowsnloaded them? They are trying to go to adobe, but says it is an unsupported file. What do I have to do to open them? THANKS! From South Dakota

You have to have embroidery software to open the patterns on your computer, Squirl. Otherwise, you have to send them to your machine, however you do that. I put mine on a card, which goes into my machine. Some machines have usb connection you can send directly. If you don't have any software, I recommend Tajima's Pulse, it's free on the Tajima site, and quite useful.

My "mini" computer doesn't have a drive, so I will have to get one so I can hook up the software to it. I do have software and can hook it to "main" computer, but I didn't want to load it up with all this "girl" stuff! THANKS!!

Have you got embroidery software?
If you have it should automatically open in your software, unless it is a faulty file or not recognized format for your software, what happens sometimes

Are you referring to the zipped files that you are trying to open or transferring them to your embroidery machine...If you are trying to unzip a compressed file your computer should have a compression extractor "winzip" or something of the sort..*4u and welcome to the wonderful world of the cute family...Glad your here!
