I hadnt thought about the back, glad you posted this as well. I would have been half way through sewing one before I thought of that. Do you put the whole thing in the microwave or just the iner pouch with the rice in it?

Just the inner pouch. That's why it's made of muslin. Fleece might not withstand the heat as well and break down over time. After the inner pouch has been heated, you replace it in the outer pouch. The fleece is very soft on your skin.

Thanks for the back view, I was wondering zipper, but I see overlap (with velcro?). Glad you showed it!

I didn't use any velcro for the fit is quite exact.
