There only way to determine what is the newest in the category, is that it will be at the end of the category list. The best way is go to the home page and click on page 1 and the newest are in assending order (newest to oldest) then page 2, etc.

As JRob said, the newest design is always at the top of page 1, and they go down in order from newest to oldest through the entire site. There is no need to be hunting for new designs! Thank goodness, or I would never have time to get the latest ones. =]
