I searched a bit more for you and found 9 quilt label designs on e-bay. I used the following in the search box - embroidery quilt label designs. Hope you find them.

at emblibrary - you do have to purchase most designs, very few freebies.

There are 2 really pretty ones at thimbleberries. There is also a juvenile looking one at the freebies in retired sets Quackups.;)
