I saved all the Easter alphabets on a cd, but when I try to open them it want let me. I saved it to a Hus format, so not sure what went wrong! Can someone help me try to open these alphabets.

I had that happen to a file on my computer just would not open even though I knew it was there and had been fine. When I was getting ready for the April worm my system fixed it. so try rebooting your system with the disk in maybe it will read the error and fix it that is what happen to me. mine was on my external HD so don't know if it will work on a disk.

We need a little more information about the problem to be helpful. Did you try opening them from within your software? They are not the type of file you can dbl click to open unless you have assigned the file type to a specific software.

I think this may be my problem because when it tries to open it says no short cut found. Next to the design it has an e like internet explorer. I really don't know how to explain it.

You need a program to unzip them. If you have one on this site my winzip doesn't work I have to click and drop in my 4d embroidery site like an unzipped file I started.Hope this helps. I mean to drag and drop into an unzipped file
