The free designs are given by the generosity of the site owner. We are very grateful for what she does. We only enjoy the free designs due to her sharing them with us and she gives away sometimes 5 per day. If you purchase a very reasonable membership then you can download everything on the site from 6 different catagories. There are those who can not afford the membership at this time and therefore have a place to come to get designs that are new, exciting and very well digitized and throughly tested.
