It's that colourful set of angels on top of your screen. www.adorableapplique.com would work as well, but is so less colourful.
I can only find 1 free angel:) the others are SUCH a DEAL!! 7cents...!!!how can she afford to sell at that price???

There is a message at the top of the adorable page that says 'click here for see all designs' it will take you to a page with all 4 freebies on, 1 near the top 1 in the middle and 2 at the bottom of the page. I tried to put a link in but it didn't work - sorry not too good at this.
