I use version 6 - german language... I hope it helps nevertheless:
In Layout&Editing open your design. Very left menu (called here "Datei"- in your english menu maybe Data?) 7th group of commands (called here "Drucken", hopefully you see "Print") there are 3 options, when you click the first, you can decide if you want to show "realistic view" or not, when made your decisions go back and choose "Print".

Second option: create HTML page in DesignDatabase via very left menu (it automatically creates a separate picture folder of the designs, which can be used from other programms too.)

Or, simple way, use a free screenshot programm while design page is opened.

By the way: you can download a complete PDF handbook from the brother internet site!! Very helpful.
