Monica...this does look like hand work..but who says you can't be your own designer???? I think it would be beautiful and comfy in any color tooo...Hope you show us your CREATION!!!

Hey, Monica, that looks beautiful, and very easy. You could certainly embellish it with machine embroidery instead of hand work. What a lovely canvas for all those designs you can't choose between: use them all!!! Good luck with this project, it's lovely. Hugs, Marji

It's lovely Monica & not hard to make, I remember buying a lot of these when I was visiting in republic of Panama 21 yrs ago. $ 1.00 & !.50 a piece hard to imagine isn't it. Oh well times they r a changing. *
