It's kinda your choice what I do is save em to a disk so if my computer develops a problem and I lose all my folders I can go back and reload them. After reading about some cuties losses it seems easier to save em them to try and replace em! Especially if they are some that you have purchased. Or store them to a seperate hard drive (which I also have done)

I download the zipped files to a seperate drive,just in case..................
I try to place the unzipped files in the correct category since I find so many one file folders to be a hassle to open and view one at a time.

I agree with bikermomfl .. you CAN delete it and still have access to the UNZIPPED individual designs. I usually save them on a stick ... don't trust these computers from crashing, especially after all my hard work of unzipping, sorting, etc. Might not be able to find them again.

I delete them - but do like the idea of saving - as a copy to restore your files, too. *4U

I delete most (80%) of them. I do keep the zip files for designs I've purchased. Either way, I make it a habit to back-up my files on CD's on a weekly basis. Then I don't have to worry if I have computer problems. Plus it frees up computer space.
