Chenille that sounds like the problems I have when I forget to raise the pressure foot before threading the machine or have a piece of thread caught in the thread tension disks. You sound stressed my dear, that is a whole lot of people and problems to deal with. As the hostess it puts so much pressure on you, but they will appreciate it. Having gone through this with your dad I am sure you know what to do but do remember to contact your local hospice for help. Even with your mom at home they will come in and help. My sister died at home from cancer and the hospice group was very helpful. I am thinking of you and praying for you and your mom and family.

Dear Chenille, I promise never ever to scream at my kids over "nothing" and never to fight with my husband over "stupidities"!! chenille, the next time you sit down to stitch - maybe there will not be so much pressure on you - but at this point - you do have your hands full - not even stitching something out could get rid of those things - just too much stress dear. My machine never works right - when I am stressed. Hehehe! I will be praying for you and your family.

You can "bend" our ears all you want.....we all do it at one time or another. Everyone need a vent! Kiss your machine and tuck it in for the day. You will be able to think more clearly after a short rest. You are in my prayers.

My prayers are with you and your family. Right now, I would not worry about the machine. You will find out that when you are having problems that darned ole machine will have problems also. That is just the nature of things! When you are thinking straight and not worrying about other things go back and it will most likely all fall in place.
