I just checked a slang translator for DH. It was not nice. I think people use it for Dear Husband on this site. Am I right?

Yes, DH..Dear Husband..DS..dear son..DSIL, DDIL..DD, there is nothing wrong with it, just an abbreviated way of letting people know who you are taking about. Actually it is nice.

Yes, but DH also stands for, to put it politely, Richard Cranium.

I'm laughing out loud at this one - very Aussie saying, isn't it?

There are abbrivations for lots of things - that we use via the Internet - but in most cases - when a woman uses that in her comments - on this forum - she is meaning Dear/Darling Husband, I believe. Anyway - I do. The same for Grands or GS/GD is for the grand children.
