No particular web site for 4 x 4 designs; most designs come in either 4x4, 5x7, 6x10, etc. There's not really just one site for that size hoop. Hope that answers your question.

If you mean one that only has 4 x 4 designs???? I don't think you will find one, but most digitisers understand that this is the most popular size so there are thousands of 4x4 designs out there. Time and patience will see you finding most of them, but be careful you don't pick up computer viruses while you are searching.
