So ok how on earth did yo do that? Easy. when i joined i realised you gave out cyber flowers. so i decided that for every flower recieved i would put 50p into a box towards the cost of a new utility machine.

Over the months the amount grew and i am now the proud owner of my new janome machine. now my bouquet will be able to flower on my table so a
HUGE HUG AND KISS TO EVERY ONE WHO GAVE ME MY NEW MACHINE.

Annie, CONGRATULATIONS and what a clever idea - if I could have afforded to do that - I think I would be a very seriously happy lady, too. What sort of machine did you purchase and when will we see your first project? *4U

I am just happy that i did not need to put all the money into the box for the flowers but it soon mounted up.

Fantastic idea I do something similar I put all my change in a container. There is a big craft show here in toronto in the fall. I use it to buy thread, stabalizer, material and such. what machine did you get I have a Janome memory craft 350 e and love it. Happy stitching.

I hate to show my lack of knowledge but what does the "p" in 50p stand for? And how much is that in USA currency? I might need one before to long. I have a Janome 6600 straight sewing (no emb) machine, and I really like it for quilting. Congrats, and happy sewing. GG
(DAH .. is it pounds?)

50p is 50Pence (pennys) you need to look up the exchange rate between USA and UK yo get the value
