I love this cat did you embroider directly on toilet paper, or is it a special paper or cloth?

I like this much better than stitching designs out on TP. I never really understood that. I may have to try this but I think I may turn it over like on the square tissue box covers. Thanks for sharing this idea. ShariMarie
