I just rec'd mine and I really love the colors. It took me approx. 8 hrs. to go thru the colors to match them with the Brother color chart but I did it. I ordered the 116 color kit plus the verg. 10 colors. I will probably use them tomorrow.

I love the Metro thread, I have a Baby Lock (which is like a Brother) and I haven't had any trouble...really like the colors and the GREAT price.

Hi. I have a Brother Innovis 750D machine and mine is also fussy about the thread I use. Being in Australia I buy the QA thread from Spotlight as I am on a very tight budget. But I just perserve with the breakages, since I am only at the moment embroidering towels. *

I used to have a lot of thread breakages until I switched from Schmetz to Organ needles. What a difference! My Innovis now sews like a totally different machine!
What size needle do you use
Are these needles titanium or the chrome ones.

I use either 75/11 or 90/14, depending on what I am embroidering. I see nothing in my machine manuals that says to only use Schmetz needles. I have an Innovis 2500D and a Quatro (6000D).

I have a Brother Innovis 1500D and I have used the Metro thread some when the design calls for a small amount. When I bought my machine, I was told to use nothing but Schmitz needles with it. I use 75/11 with a small red ring on the needle.

I'd question that statement about the needles from the person who said it. I can't find anuthing that says that in either one of my machine manuals.

I have Husqvana Designer 1, I like the thread, so does my machine. It is always my first choice.
