Good .. I made Rhubarb Jam yesterday and boy was it good today on toast. Anyone have a good recipe?

if you like jam, try the combination of strawberry and orange, it's refreshing.

Thanks to you and blhamblen (above)for the suggestions. Fresh strawberrys in this area aren't in yet, so I made the rhubarb first, (a small batch) and then added a small pkg of strawberry Jello to gel it. Yummy.

I'm still waiting for it to warm up a bit more so I can FINALLY plant my rhubarb plants. Looks like I'll have to wait till next year to make jam. I look forward to reading all those yummy rhubarb recipes.

Looking forward to Strawberry-Rhubarb pie, hubby wants Custard Rhubarb.....anyway you fix it it's always great if you add enough sugar.

I just made a Rhubarb Crisp for dessert. Having friends over for coffee tonight. Haven't tried any jams or pies yet. There was just enough rhubarb to pull for a crisp, more will be ready by the weekend.

I have never heard of rhubard strawberry homemade ice cream. Sounds interesting to try out. My rhubarb is not quite ready yet. Are you willing to share your recipe out?? Pleeeeasssse!!!!!!
