I used to do that for children's clothes and hats, years and years ago on my Elna, gave good results, but needed a lot of practice. And no wss or tear away in those days. But - I love my embroidery machine!! 3D Sketch can give the same look, you draw your embroidery lines as if you were stitching free hand and a design can then be repeated as many times as you want.

Thanks * I knew the technique but it is not easy to make "free dive" with a sewing machine
