Do you have an active subscription? If so, send an email to info@cuteembroidery.com and tell them of your problem. If you don't have an active subscription, you should still be able to download the "free" design of the day.

I recommend that you do as Jrob suggests and contact the customer service department for CuteEmbroidery.com by emailing info@cuteembroidery.com and telling them (in detail) what is going wrong. They are the ones that will be best able to help you. I wish you much luck in getting things going. =]
