Jerrlyn is so right about this - everyone of us was new at embroidery at some time and each of us can learn from another at any level of embroidery - please please please allow this forum to be your sanctuary - to ask any question on embroidery, sewing, or quilting that you might have. If one member doesn't know the answer - then there are enough of us - to find it somewhere on the web or someone smart enough to ask our local sewing center to help assist you. Thanks Jerrilyn for posting this for all.

I started machine embroidery in 1992, no internet connection, no embroidery magazines and it was new to the dealer as well. So I learned the hard way. I have seen so many tips since I came to this site in Nov 2007 that would have saved me time in the beginning! I'm glad to share what I've learned with newcomers, as all cuties are. This is such a happy and welcoming site! Thanks, Jerrilyn, for posting this! Oh, I will be thinking of a question no-one ever thought about...
