been on my machine yet...I've been staying on top of things here and the sister sites....I did manage to scrub, xtra bedrooms-hallway-bathrooms-entryway-fridge-microwave.and a few flower beds.
BUT I just can't seem to have the desire to tackle the sewing room/my bedroom.....2 days till he is suppose to be home and its
rushin I will be at.....Not sure where to put everything cause I have toooo much material and thread and no room to hide it all....

LUGGAGE is usually safe...when you go on a trip... take fabric out...put clothes IN!!! Place fabric in drawers where the clothes came from...Tricks from YEARS of HIDING!!!

How about under hiding material and thread under the bed?

I hide wrapping paper and ribbons in plastic under the bed containers. Why not fabric too!!!
i have drawers under there and they are full of all my fairie nic nacs. can't put them out because of the foster kidds soon to be....

I have found that you can hang material on slacks hangers and put all one color, or one group, or a project on the same hanger. Doesn't take much room at all.;)

I have evev less room in my closets!!! Good idea though!!
Amen to that...I cant even find my shoes they are so buried under the material there too

I like the under the bed idea. Make sure containers are clear if possible. I makes it easier to see what is inside. Several years ago I bought drawers to store patterns and I still use the old candy boxes on top. Also, old shoe boxes are just the right size.

I have 2 old chest of drawers. One is used for fabric, and another is used for patterns. I also have an old sea trunk full of fabric, and the new long storage bens at Wal-Mart full of fabric. I try to stay away from fabric stores.LOL yea, right.
