Hi. Is anyone else having a problem downloading the free guitar alphabet from My Garden Embroidery? For three days now, every time I try to download the new letters it asks for a user name and a password. Thanks for your help. Linda

Hi, just read this post. Just below the design there is a link 'get the access code'. You just click on that to get the user name and password and follow the instructions. Sorry for this inconvenience. Hugs, Yoriko

I have no problem. I just use the access code I got the first time and it works each time.

Thank you Martine! I feel so sad when people can't get my free download, I can't think in anything clearer than I did, to explain about the access code in my web site. English is not my first language, maybe someone can help me how to explain about this.
Maybe I should quit with freebies...

Really no problem. Just follow the instructions and it is very easy. The beautiful designs are well worth an extra step to keep us all safe.
