My daughter had leukaemia since age 11, and her chemo in 1998/1999 almost killed her, so it had to be stopped. It affected her liver in such a way she was on a transplant list for years, but slowly, ever so slowly, she recovered and she's been in remission ever since. And although docters warned her she might never have children after that, last year she was told she might try, but must be prepared for miscarriages (and had one) and now she has a daughter, 12 days over due, after hours of labour she had a C-section. Nothing ever went easy for her. But now there's Ruth and I've never been as tearfully happy in my life, not even when my own were born! Rejoice with me!!
Oh what a happy day for you and your family. Thank God for the safe arrival of Ruth (albeit a long time coming) - tears of sorrow after all the frustration during the past years have turned into tears of joy. Praise God for his wonderful creation. God bless you all.
Love and blessings Chris
I told you everything would be ok, just one little glitch but I knew she would make it safely. Oh Joy oh Joy, I can go to bed dreaming happy dreams.
Everything's coming up roses for you and for me....
I'm singing and crying and laughing all at the same time. I can't find the words to express how deliriously happy I am for you all!!!!!
Congratulations and welcome to the new living Angel for she is surely most blessed.
