dogs were still loose, trotting all over. The cop told them to confine the dogs but that was all and says he will turn it over to animal control and they will take care of it. He also told me to do whatever was necessary in the event they came back onto my property to protect my pets. We'll see if they do anything, I'll keep you posted....Maybe when the dogs are controlled (by whatever means) my tears will stop.
