TOPs. Since I can't tell if the VOTE was recorded on the TOP site, I'd like to know the from/to time. If I have to be gone most of the day, I don't want to forget the vote-request. Thanks in advance. (And as always, excuse me if it is posted somewhere and I missed it.)

My understanding is that the cutoff on the vote at embroiderytop is 24 hours since your last vote, not by time of day at all. And since the count displayed is only updated every half hour, it is impossible to tell whether your voted counted or not. The votes for the freebies on the cute sites is sometime in the late morning EST (New York) I think.
