Do you see that there are 2 boxes, one is DOWNLOAD for members and one is ADD TO CART to pay. You have to click on the members DOWNLOAD to get it free. If you put it into the cart, it will charge without checking for a membership. Hope this helps. Let us know. Hugs and flowers, Lois
