Take a look at what I got. This is a bobbin holder by Clover, and Nancy Ziemam, of Sewing with Nancy. It has a spindle that holds the bobbins, and each section can be removed. It holds 30 bobbins, is made of a soft rubber type plastic that allows you to insert the bobbin, and keep the threads from getting tangled. I bought it from Shopper's Rule, and think it is probably one of the better purchases that I have made for a while.

Yes, I will try to attach the link. They have this on special again this week, while supplies last. I am really thinking about getting another one, as I do a lot of FSL and have so many filled bobbins.

That looks like a keeper for sure dlonna..I have just a large round doughnut type holder that is soft plastic & holds 25 boins with thread. Mine came from Jo Anns. *4U

Yes they look really great, so I also bought three of them.
The only thing missing is a plastic cover to protect thread from the environment and somewhere to write the thread colours. I find I use so many Rayon colours and I end up with half full bobbins so I like to write the number somewhere visible so I can quickly identify and use before winding a fresh bobbin.
Maybe my inventive DH will be able to come up with something clever, I'll know more when mine arrive and I see the actual size.

Good idea - to cover them - couldn't you put the number on the bobbin - some how?
I thought of that too. I write the thread number of my threads on my spools, for try as you may, you still have some issues with the labels coming off. But I would hate to have the color number on my bobbins. Surely this is a solution. Ok Cuties out there, can anyone help?.
