Patty, this question needs to be directed to the site owner, at 'contact us'. Are you using the name and e-mail you originally signed up with? Are you using the correct password? Did you tell Explorer to "remember me" and accidentally use the wrong name or password? If none of these, contact the site for help, they'll get back to you. Also, this is a question that should be asked in the public forum, it's really not 'personal', it's about the site.

This has happened to me aswell , it seems if there are to many people on the site at once there seems to be a problem, and I sign off and a while later come back. -Hugs Yvonne
