....five and a 1/2 hours at the cancer clinic!!!!
And tonight I have been having major bouts of being hot & cold.
I guess you could call it feverish, jacket and hat on, jacket and hat off, jacket and hat on, jacket and hat off, repeatedly every few minutes for the last 5 hours. It has been so bad I could not see myself in bed under the Doona while suffering such temperature extremes.
Thankfully, it seems to have started settling down in the last few minutes as I have my jacket and hat ON, AND I am feeling cold.
I guess it is time for me to head off to bed and at least try and sleep. Better things are yet to come and since I never know how I will be feeling each day I do try and make the most of when I am feeling passable. LOL!!!
I am still digitising designs for friends who need things, though my vision is being affected by the chemo.
Hugs and much love to you all, Meganne
I hope that wool hat is keeping you toasty,
and the cotton ....cool!
Don't worry bout anything else EXCEPT taking care of yourself!!!
I hope you were able to sleep and the after effects have worn off!..
Live, Laugh and LOVE!! Barb
I have been a very irritable invalid, i have callouses on my thumbs from the wheelchair and I guarantee every door jamb needs repainting where i've barked them with the wheels. LOL!!!
Today I jambed my infected pinky in a door and I was even more colouful than normal. :-))
I've been too independent for too long and I can't wait to get back on my feet again.
Yes today was a good day, only had ten lots of hiccups, but no real nausea. TG.
Well I'm off to bed.
Hugs n roses, n much love, M
I don't know how you do it - you are amazing. I do hope the fevers stop soon and you can feel "normal" again, whatever normal means.
I can't stand the heat and feel for you with the hat on hat off business. Well at least I hope you're keeping Ray warm!!
And as Pauline said - GO TO BED at least earlier than 2.30am!!!!!!
Love to you and you're always in my thoughts. Chris
