That is the question - do you pre-wash towels before you monogram?

I went shopping today and bought a bunch of hand towels and washcloths. The washcloths were $l and the hand towels $2.
I was too tired when I got home from shopping so I tossed all of them in the washer - they're in the dryer now. It will be too late to stitch any tonight.

I like to wash t-shirts before stitching , but I don't wash towels. I wash the wash away stabilizer sometimes if necessary. I have learned, do not touch an iron next to wash a way stabilizer. It shrivels up.
