Have you tried using the computer's search feature?
Click on the 'start' button, bottom, left side of screen, then 'search' button, click on 'all files and folders' type in pumpkin and click search. Hopefully, it will come up with all the places you might have saved the file.
I have a PC, not sure if Apple works the same way.

I used to have the same problem but then I started a system where I file my DL's in 2 places :

1 by Digitizer and the other by Category! That way I can find it easy! Double work I know but SO much easier to find when I need a design!!

look back a few pages, there was a free down load from someplace, I can't remember, but it was real pretty, two pumpkins will leaves and vines I think
