I downloaded a design from France (Turqiouse) but my machine (Babylock Esante) won't recognize it. Is there something I should be doing in Embird or something to correct this?

I have the Esante and have never had a problem with Turquoise designs. I do not use Embird or anything else. I do not know how to install any of the programs to use if the design is not in my format. My son will eventually get over here and do it for me but he gets in no hurry for anything but 3 meals a day! I wish I could help. I am sure that alot of these well educated folks will drop in and help. I am computer stupid! Linda

Is the format Pes. U will have to convert to pes n embird for your Babylock to recognize. I do hope this helps but I was thinking Turquoise DLs n Pes. If this is true why not delete & try again to make sure the DL is n Pes. *4U

I think it was downloaded in a zip file. When I unzip it I delete all the other formats except PES, is this right? I will redownload it though, thanks for the suggestion.
